  I received my socket set within the time frame promised and although they’re advertised as new, there were 2 sockets that had grind marks on them. However, when I contacted the seller I heard back from him the same day and he immediately shipped out replacement sockets. This was yesterday, so there hasn’t been time enough for the replacements to get to me, but I am extremely satisfied with the sellers willingness to make this right. I will buy from him again if/when the opportunity arises.

  Not the Item in the picture or description, very nice tool that I received but not the one I ordered. Only option with a same-day return date is to leave a positive feedback however, I would leave a neutral feedback because the product is excellent, but it is still the incorrect item. Picture depicts a duckbill Diamalloy, but rec’d an IC Chip pliers. NOTE: I still want orig listed Item, because that’s what I was looking for. Packed and shipped just fine… Sincerely,
