I all items anrrived quickly and are in perfect condition, just as described! Extra padding in box to protect stoneware. Very communicative and quick to respond!

Seller responds fast, item was shipped fast. Item described as having some stains & 2 pics showed a few small spots. When I looked, item had quite a few spots & a small hole on the front. Further inspection showed 4 holes in the backing, from 1" up to 3". (I have pics.) Seller offered a $4 refund, on a $60 item. I expect a used item to be thoroughly inspected & described. I was disappointed that this item was not. I need this item & chose not to return it, but won't buy from this Seller again.

Hi thank you for the compliments. I have not heard from you in over 30 days at which point I offered you a full refund if you wanted to open a return and send it back. This was actually an $80 set of 3, I was happy to accept your $60 offer- my photos showed around 7 small faint stains and the stains were also mentioned in the description. This new information of it having 4 large holes was never mentioned in our messages. No pictures have been submitted. This review misrepresents my business.
