Unfortunately, the buyer's feedback does not accurately reflect our communication or the resolution offered. I stand by my commitment to careful packing and fair customer service, as reflected in my 10+ years of positive transactions. I packed this in a cushioned jewelry box inside of the shipping box - it was not “poorly packed.”
