The seller made an offer for a lower price, which I accepted, and I even purchased two items, paying the full purchase, shipping, and customs fees. After five days had passed since the purchase, the seller informed me that the sale had been canceled and the purchase amount would be refunded because the item was out of stock—something that was not true, as the listing on eBay had not been updated and continued to advertise the same pan
