  Seller is very responsive via email. Placed my order with confidence but got a little nervous when it took over a wk for my order to finally ship. Once it shipped, it only took 3 days to get here. From the time I placed my order, to getting the product in hand, it was 2 wks. Everything was packaged well & exactly as described in the listing. Very happy with my order & will definitely order again from this seller.

  Took several days to ship, which made me a bit nervous, but it arrived quickly once it was shipped. It was packaged well enough to arrive safely, despite the FedEx delivery person tossing it on my porch ignoring the fragile stickers on the box. Shipping was a bit high, but it was express shipping from Japan, so worth it for peace of mind. Item was as described and at a decent price. Overall a positive transaction. Thanks!

  I reached out due to concerns of the packaging, mainly because it didn't seem very secure, but i was assured it would be secured, and it absolutely was!! Arrived just as the pictures showed. Very clear communication, notifying me the tea had to be thrown away due to expiration. Considering the hefty packaging, the price is absolutely justified. Very Happy! Also very quick shipping.
