    Great service from seller-major mix up with eBay over tracking info, gave completely wrong order tracking, not sellers fault. Extremely helpful when I phoned and arrived well packed. Their courier service not great though and left item between mine and neighbours wall. I would advise changing their courier service.

    Absolutely beautiful bracelet which I know will be appreciated by my wife on the celebration of our golden wedding anniversary. Exactly as described and well packed. The presentation box really sets the bracelet off well. Very good value for money with free postage thrown in. Thanks to all concerned for an efficient transaction process and a speedy delivery.

    pendant as described and good value with the fast delivery with dpd. dispatched quickly and delivered next day. beautifully packaged in a small drawstring pouch and a presentation box I needed to change the phone number on the dpd delivery and I called the jewellers direct and they were extremely helpful and the delivery was seamless thanks for the help
