  The seller's store indicated the item shipped within three days from Texas. The item did not ship for more than a week, and once the tracking information was finally provided, it was apparent that it did not actually ship from Texas either - it probably shipped form China. It took over three weeks to get here once it shipped. After about two weeks, I cancelled the order because thought it was a scam. The seller refunded my money and I returned the item. Stay away from this seller.

  Although the USPS carrier delivered my order on 4/15, they put it in a neighbor’s mailbox by mistake. Today the problem was resolved and I have my order. I notified the seller also (Mills Beauty Supply in Killeen, Texas) by email. Thank you.

  Did take a while to arrive, not blaming seller just shipping had some late delays due to weather, but good quality build and great packaging and the combs great for when I retwist my locs and love it easy through the scalp too! I will order more soon in future thank you!
