  I ordered the part for the wrong car, they were quick on getting the product ready to be shipped but they reversed it and issued my refund with in 2 hours of getting it ready to ship. I received the email saying they gave me a refund 10 minutes after the acknowledge my cancellation email. Appreciate the swift customer service.

  the item received was not the same as shown in the ad and was of lesser quality. It was missing a component that was the main reason I purchase from them rather than other cheaper options. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. After several attempts they only kept asking for more information but offered no resolution. They have stopped responded to my communications.

  Item came mmm wrinkled crushed and creased beyond any reasonable reason. Packaging was horrible. Tried to message seller and kept getting back automated responses. Finally they offered me a 30% refund. Ridiculous. Do not buy this piece of junk product.!
