    Took a chance on an open box Hedge Trimmer. The price was right and return was an option. Arrived without original packaging and not packed all that secure but, it looked like new and has performed like new. A+ seller. Thank you for a great price on an item I needed.

    Fast delivery, although I asked for a couple day shipping delay and seller said they were not allowed to do that per eBay standards. Fortunately the package was put between my doors and didn't get stolen from my porch. Product as described and works fine.

    Exactly as described and expected. While I do appreciate the free shipping, I would have liked at least some newspaper or the like wrapped around the charger rather than it in an empty box. But it arrived in perfect condition so that’s what matters most. : ) Thanks so much!! I really appreciate it!

    Great ebaying! excellent item in like new condition for a very reasonable price way below the price of a new one. Shipping was fast and the item was packaged very good ( verses another item recently purchased from a different vendor I was surprised in made it a all) Overall great ebaying and I will definitely check back with this seller in the future.

    Inadequately boxed for shipment with a defective battery. Seller ignored request for help when contacted. Treating buyers this way will not only hurt the seller's rating but the eBay community as well. Rather than offering to exchange batteries I had to return the entire original shipment. Also learned eBay is not authorized reseller of Ryobi products, so 3-year warranty was not honored. Overall, not a good value with poor service on seller's part to boot!

    Just as described brand new without box , Used it today to catch up on my dead batteries and it worked fine, very good price for a new charger , shipment was quick , came packaged in protective bag just the right size for the item , I know the mailman appreciates that .Looked new
