A+ Seller!! Model arrived with a small piece that had separated during shipping. Seller was extremely responsive and unhesitatingly accepted responsibility, offering me either a full refund or steps to reattach the piece. I opted to reattach the piece and keep the magnificent model. Seller then provided a partial refund for my trouble. Superb customer service ... second to none! Ebay could use more sellers like Mike!
