    The shelf arrived almost a week before the quoted time, it was packaged decently (small rip in the box from shipping company handling), but no damage to the shelf. It was exactly as described and matched my other shelf perfectly.

    Downrod received in perfect condition, it was as described in the eBay ad. Seller took extra time to package this securely for shipping so it wouldn't be damaged in transit: lots of bubble wrap and paper to protect the finish. Really appreciate that! Thanks!

    Product was as described and shown in pics in add. The protection in the form addition bubble wraping inside the already lined envelope was appricated. Item was in the shippers position quickly, being the day after ordering not counting Christmas. The new item was a good value even when including the shipping cost. Very satified.
