  Item arrived , did not do what it said on the listing. I.e. did not diagnose, kept on disconnecting . Spent more time getting it connected, took me hours and still got nowhere . Sent item back. seller has received the item back and so far no refund.

  The returned laptop was checked on our car and it was fully working. We always help buyers if there is an issue with the device. Just message us and describe the problem including model and year of your car. The refund was sent on time after the laptop was inspected.
