    Awesome customer service!! The item arrived quickly, but the charger was missing. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and offered to send a charger or refund the cost of a charger. I opted for the charger and it was shipped right away. Very happy!

    I had an issue with the item purchased. I contacted the seller and within a few minutes I got a response from the seller that they understood this issue and that they would except a return for a full refund and pay for the shipping. This is one of the best sellers I've encountered on Ebay. Very transparent to deal with. I would 100% do buisiness with this seller in the future.

    Although I did receive the proper item, it was not functional. The seller was WONDERFUL when I sent pictures and helped to process a return almost immediately. They sold at a wonderful price and were great communicators. 10/10 and would shop with them again.

    This item was not what I needed. Contacted seller requesting a Postage Paid Return label and a Full Refund Credit of $31.00. Seller responded with a $3.00 refund offer and no Return information. Now, if this seller is expecting me to take a $3.00 offer over $31.00 he is sadly mistaken. Whish eBay could have better control on sellers who offer FREE RETURNS and REFUNDS and then back down and do not want to cooperate with buyer
