  I bought a bundle of L’occitane mini hand creams however I received a wrong item (Shiseido) which cost a lot more than the hand creams. Seller was very helpful and offered a couple of resolutions. As I could not use the facial cream, I asked for a full refund which seller agreed to. Based on this transaction, I will buy from this buyer again. Giving buyer 5 star for very good after sale service and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

  I recieved the item and I had a few minor problems with it. I contacted the vendor, and they were great in responding to my problem. They are replacing it and I am thankful they were so easy to deal with. I will buy from this seller again! GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  Seller does not wrap item properly what leads to product arriving broken and leaked every where.. Seller would low offer refunds so you don’t need to send back , Seller told me I was responsible to pay for package to be returned cost $21.35 to China, Australia post declined and sent back to me. I contacted EBay and explained what had been going on. Seller is responsible for the cost of returning to at this point I had another low offer refund, Seller wanted it to be sent to PoBox Victoria
