  Package was great but item was not as seller described. I asked seller if everything pictured was included in purchase seller responded yes .. unfortunately order arrived with no hardware.. reached out to seller , sellers response was start a return with ebay... would be cautious buying from this seller.

  The buyer needs to start the return process on eBay. I'm not sure why the buyer does not want to return the item if parts are missing.

  We really needed these foot plates for my daughter's wheelchair and it was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Great service, shipping, was just as described and was a great. value .. It was shipped and the packaging was wonderful.
