    I ordered this cooler as a replacement for the same cooler I've had since 1998. It shorted out, do time for a replacement. Shipping was fast and reasonable. The packaging got damaged by the post office, but the cooler was undamaged. The item was as described. Unfortunately, when I plugged it in, it didn't work. I contacted this seller and received a quick response. I wound up getting a refund. This experience turned out to be positive. I would absolutely not hesitate to buy again

    5 star seller & super fast shipping! My Labubu is terrific! Love it! It will go in my room! The packing was great and was just as described! I think some of my good luck winning this is that my dad is from Fairbank Iowa! lol Thank you so much!

    Book was classified as “very good” but was an ex library book that was in bad shape. When I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, they wanted me to use my own funds to return. I told them that would put me in the hole for an item incorrectly described. I was accused of being a scammer when I was very polite and courteous in my message. I was only partially refunded for the order, not the full amount. Do not shop with this seller. Dishonest.

    Had a tiny issue with the product (nothing major), but the seller INSISTED on issuing a partial refund! Even though I told them everything was fine and I was happy! What a great seller! Great communication! Honest! Cares about buyer! Would buy from again! Thanks again!!! A+++
