  The transformer arrived as described. Unknown to the seller (as indicated) the transformer did work but the horn button did not function. I removed the cover to inspect it and found the top plate broken. There was no reason for the seller to suspect this since it was well packed and arrived in tact. This, as well as horn problem, is repairable and I would do so. The seller, without obligation, issued a partial refund. Great value for price paid. Exceptional vendor to work with. THANKYOU

  I purchased a Disney Store Anna doll from this seller, and she arrived just as described! She was shipped incredibly quickly, and was packaged very securely, ensuring her safe arrival.   Item came quickly and just as described. Seller packaged the item in bubble wrap and stuffing inside the box, so the item came in pristine condition. Would buy from thus seller again.
