    Great communication and very cooperative and helpful with my many questions. Well packaged and received the bag 3 days after ordering. The handbag is exactly as pictured and described, great condition and authentic. I have a few Louis Vuitton bags bought directly from LV, and I am very satisfied with this purchase.     The item arrived very quickly and was packaged very carefully. I am happy that it was authenticated prior to being sent to me. Overall I am happy with the condition of the item except it has some faint marks on the vachetta leather in front that didn't appear as dark in the listing photos.
