    I want to thank the seller for such a great deal. For the price I would have been fine with a padded envelope but they sent this item in a box, wrapped up, with candy, a sticker and a hand written note thanking me. The is customer quality at it's best and I will surely be saving this seller.

    It ended up being perfect. It was a little different from the original in my Voxel, but Jonah quickly responded to some questions, and I got it hooked up much easier than I had anticipated. It was clearly in new condition, packaged well, and came quickly. The price was reasonable, especially considering the price of as new printer! Thanks, Partsbuilt 3D and Jonah!

    Post office lost my package. They marked it as delivered, but I had video from my Ring camera of them NOT delivering it. Jonah was tireless at getting it resolved, and outstanding communication throughout. He issued a refund before he was even allowed to file a claim. Even if there is an issue that is not his fault, this seller will make it right, and will send messages daily. Hard to ask for more than that.
