  The seller forgot to dispatch my computer after purchase, BUT when I contacted them, they apologised and arranged a next day delivery. That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. It's great value and was really securely packaged. Thanks!

  Amazing fast delivery and superbly packed. Item great value condition as described. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

  I am pleased to update my original feedback as birmingham-av has been very good at responding to my complaint. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.

  Excellent value PC built from quality components, worked straight from the box. Really good comms and customer service - a pre sales question was answered within 5 minutes and delivery within 2 days. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter). Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and seller.

  Mini PC arrived in 2 days, FedEx tracked and extremely well packed so no chance of being damaged on the way. Specification exactly as I ordered and I asked for a specific brand and model and that’s what I got. Casing in very good condition. Did a quick test before I try to use it properly and everything was absolutely fine. Good price, less than other sellers are selling lower spec machines. All good and I would recommend this Seller to anyone looking for a good, affordable PC.

  Arrived with slight damage to box (not sellers fault) but we'll packaged and protected, so no damage to item. Fired up straight out of the box and has a good range of additional software. Smart looking laptop, and in good condition, overall a great value item, and thanks for a smooth transaction.
