  The seller forgot to dispatch my computer after purchase, BUT when I contacted them, they apologised and arranged a next day delivery. That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. It's great value and was really securely packaged. Thanks!

  I am really amazed at the service I received from Birmingham. It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect.   After being initially shipped the wrong product by mistake, the seller immediately got on the case and arranged return of the wrong item and for the correct item to be sent out. They took very good care of me during this process, excellent customer support, thank you! The product itself was better than expected for the price, in amazing condition and is absolutely perfect for my needs!

  This is the third time I have bought from this business, and again, I am delighted. The laptop looks brand new. We had some issues with delivery - the courier, NOT BirminghamAV. Taz worked tirelessly to resolve the situation and was unfailingly polite and courteous. The laptop arrived superbly packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, inside a sturdy cardboard box. BirminghamAV is my go-to supplier for laptops and PCs. Highly recommended.

  Item I ordered scheduled for delivery today (7th April 2025) between 8:40 - 12:40. Item arrived well packaged well within the stated timescale. Item recieved as specified, plus item had Windows 11 Pro installed out of the box, so I didn't have to install it myself. All I have done so far is download the relevant driver for my K4000 graphics card, which is the only thing I transplanted from my Dell T5500 into my new Z2 G4. In all, very happy with it. VG communication with seller. Recommended.

  Item as described, arrived well packaged and in good condition, no complaints. There was a bit of confusion when it was marked as despatched via ParcelForce 48hr delivery but then came a week later via FedEx, but it did (just) arrive within the estimated delivery window.
