  Ace 4-40 Bipe--Item received just as described in excellent condition and packaging. What a great deal and value, shipping. The kit is superb. Seller declined my low ball offer but respectfully countered with a reasonable and acceptable price. Seller could have declined and simply lost the sale only to wait and see for another possible buyer. True seller works with the customer and closes the deal.
