  Item was as-described, in good condition. This seller shipped in an envelope, which likely saved shipping cost. But I think the best practice for a formed item like this is to use a box, and I would have been happy to pay higher shipping cost for that protection. Everything was fine with this transaction, though.

  Sent the wrong hat. I contacted the seller they said they would send the correct one, but never did and will not respond to my messages now. Will not do business with again, awful seller.
