Just said "I don't know, I already shipped it" I told him it was his responsibility to find out what happened to my package. I told him i was requesting arefund. Then he said "I'll call the warehouse to find out what happened " he never got back to me. I requested a full refund. I did receive my money back. I don't recommend this seller.
