  Quality,condition,value,appearance all great. BUT! I have a sign on my garage door that says to put all deliveries IN THE GRAY BOX that is 20ft. from that sign. The delivery person left the package RIGHT BELOW THE DARN SIGN ON THE GROUND! I'm disabled. Due to unacceptable delivery I cannot buy from you again. I feel like the delivery person just gave me the middle finger due to where the sign is and where the package was left. No issue with the seller except who is used for delivery.

  Item received was a different one that what was ordered, it was a -2 instead of a -1. I contacted the seller and they verified the wrong item and sent me a replacement. All very smooth I am concerning buying another one and would use this seller again.

  This relay was lost in the mail in Kansas City. I contacted the seller who issued a very quick, full refund. Great seller.
