The received items were packaged carefully and were protected from any possible or potential accidental or inadvertent damage via the USPS. The Seller had very fast shipping time on the received items to me also.   Shipping time was fast, packaged well for product, and original product as described. Value is a little pricey but the product is no longer available through Arbonne, so it is worth it to me as the product is wonderful. I can't imagine why they discontinued it!!

  Seller made me a counteroffer to the offer I made in a note to her. I accepted it. Item shipped very quickly and was received in a short time. Item in good condition and glass had no issues. Width of item was a little less than expected. 2 5/8 inches verses the 2 3/4 inches as stated in the description. This was pertinent because I have another item that would have likely fit with the glass liner if 2 3/4 was correct. Good packaging. Thank you.

  So thankful that the shipper packaged these well. The shoes were finally delivered today. They got lost and then found by USPS. The box arrived smashed. It looks like it fell off a truck in a big puddle and got run over. The box was soaking wet and falling apart. The shoes are still in brand new condition thanks to the seller! Going to look at their page now to see what else they have for sale!
