  I’m very happy with the service I received from Japan Audio Gems! They sent me a demo video showing all the features of this vintage instrument. No damaged keys or even a single dirty pot! They also included a US (120V) to Japanese (100V) power converter. The instrument was carefully packed in its original case and bubble wrap, and arrived safe and sound in Northern California in just 10 days.
