    I am leaving positive feedback for a transaction that was negatively impacted by a lengthy delay at customs. Although the status of the item showed it had shipped on time, I was unable to see tracking and decided to request a refund after a month. The seller was prompt with the refund. I then received the item and was able to contact the seller to pay. Responsive seller and item was packed well.

    I am very pleased with my purchase as it is exactly as advertised in regard to condition and presentation. It has been a good addition to an antique fob chain. There was a breakdown with the tracking as it stopped with the item arriving in Schipol and there the tracking stopped. I understand that this is not the fault of the seller and the package did arrive in the time predicted by the seller.
