  Seller was quick to respond after we contacted them. Our item was delayed in shippiing and missed a deadline and the seller refunded the purchase. The experience caused us some stress, but in the end we are thankful for the gracious gesture of the seller.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered this on April 11th for my sons Eagle COH ON May 3. I needed these prior for the cake lady. The seller said they would go out shortly and then on May 2nd I got a refund. I ended up finding someone on Etsy that AMAZING and got me edible patches within 3 days. But it cost me ton extra for express shipping.

  GROSS incompetence on the part of the seller - I ordered 3 cake toppers, for 3 Eagle Scouts. They misspelled 2 of 3 names, and only refunded 2 of the 3 cake toppers that were damaged with smudged blue fingerprints on them! This was after waiting almost 3 weeks for the shipment! I truly wish I could vote with NEGATIVE stars on this one. Three young boys and their friends and families will be embarrassed and disappointed because of the incompetence of this vendor! Absolutely unacceptable!

  Our deepest apologies for the misprint. We have offered to re-ship, however, due to time constraints, new items will not arrive in time for the event. A full refund has been processed.

  Never received, they said they where shipping & than obviously didn’t. Sent multiple emails, no response. Had a plan white cake for my son’s Eagle Scout Court of Honor. Photo of NOTHING from this seller.
