  The seller packaged the item well, and the shipping was much faster than expected for such a large item. It arrived better than described in the listing, as it did not need a drum, and had a brand new fuser. Excellent value. I am really impressed with this seller, usually the item doesn't arrive in better condition than advertised.

  Seller's communication was phenomenal. Unfortunately two scenarios happened, the psu's were damaged in shipping, and some of the caddies ended up being blanks. Mistakes happen, seller gladly, without hassle gave a partial refund to sufficiently source new parts for unit. Would gladly, purchase from seller again. Thanks!
