  When we receive the item, it was well below expectations. The product was cheaply made. The picture did not do it justice. Also, when we open the box it was cracked. However, the seller went out of his way to make things right. So that was a plus.

  1 of the 2 devices were broken (no fault of the seller) I messaged the seller we came to an agreement that I would keep the product, saving me a return postage, and he refunded me 40 percent of the product. Thank you for working with me and being reasonable. I would purchase from this seller again in the future!

  The seller is arguing with me and telling me to send another one and also giving me a return address.That is from Chinese writing that I cannot do it and they don't send me a label.And I can't get in touch with ebay and the product is not as described what a nightmare
