  Artikel wie beschrieben, aber die Lieferung mit UPS mit Zoll-Abfertigung in Köln war ein absolutes Desaster. 14 Tage lag das Paket dort bis geklärt war welche Informationen für die Zollfreigabe benötigt wurden. Gekauft über englischen Account. Versand in Dubai. Zoll dadurch erhöht. Alles etwas fragwürdig.

  Sent the wrong stick. I ordered a Ritual Velocity and received a Ritual Specialty. When questioned they said that it was ‘still a good stick’ rather than apologise. I accepted a £20 discount rather than returning the stick as it has taken 4 weeks to arrive and I needed a new stick for the start of the season. The stick I received is fine but it’s not the one I ordered.

  AVIOD THIS SELLER!! Listed as ‘Tripp’ pants, photos in listing look exactly like the pants on Tripp website. They had no Tripp label of logo anywhere, which genuine Tripp items have. Take a look at the photos of the back of the pants in the listing and the plain ones I received. Also photo of Tripp pants I owned already with label and next to the ones supplies with no label. Seller refused to refund but thankfully eBay stepped in and gave a full refund.

  The stick was not as described and seller tried to give a discount and then charge extra for the correct stick to arrive. Luckily eBay issued a refund for returning the item.
