  First parcel arrived but ended up being the wrong buckets with no holes when I ordered ones with holes. Seller told me I could keep the buckets free of charge then promptly dispatched my parcel and I got it real quick the next day or so and this time the right buckets with holes. Quality stuff. Fair price. Looks great. Trustworthy and dependable seller. 5/5 Stars

  Wrong size fan was sent. But the seller was happy to pay for return and resend of the correct size. Filter was slightly damaged from some kind of impact and the seller was happy to issue a partial redund. Good people
