    Shipping timely, seller re-eburst Shipping because it shipped late, but the communication was expediant which put customer service at most excellent. Packaging very good, item as described very cute like new condition, the value was well worth the purchase. I definately recommend this seller.

    The beautiful mug arrived safely, it was packaged extremely well to prevent any damage. Communication with the seller was excellent. It is exactly as it was described.     Seems a lot smaller than stated size would indicate (bunny plushies do have long ears that "count" towards overall length), poor packaging, has an unpleasant smell, took 3 days longer to arrive than stuff I ordered same day from further away, but that was likely the post office's fault. Luckily no damage in shipping (was just double-bagged, not in a box). Hopefully it airs out. For the price, not worth giving neutral or negative rating. I'm sensitive to smells so again, not seeking a refund.

    The two bowls were packaged safely. They were a good value. Shipping via UPS was not up their usual standard and the bowls were broken. The seller responded quickly and all issues were resolved. I would use this merchant again.

    Adorable!! Exactly as described. This little apothecary chest is so vibrant and in excellent condition-I absolutely love it! Such a great li’l find & nicely priced. It was purchased for my jewelry, but may just reside in my kitchen as a spice chest-it’s THAT cute! Very well packaged & very quick delivery. Perfect transaction-no issues.
