  Product did not work as expected, did not fit WasteKing as labeled. However, what began as frustration with return hassle turned into satisfaction after contacting the seller to explain the problem. I was promptly issued a full refund without the having to deal with returning the item and essentially paying for it twice. I appreciate that they chose to hear me and handle it on a positive note.

  Item arrived in NIB condition and fit perfectly in my shower. Outer packaging was damaged by the USPS, but did not affect item quality due to the high quality packaging supplied by the seller. Many Thanks!

  When I notified this outstanding seller about a minor issue concerning the Grab Bar, he immediately rectified the issue. The seller really didn't have to, but chose to do so. I will place him in my "SAVED SELLER" listing for any future purchases.
