  Good customer service. The item had insufficient postage and I had to pay £3.50 to get it. The seller refunded the amount as soon as I notified them with no quibbles. Can’t fault them.

  TERRIBLE seller. 48hr post? I waited a week for fermaid o and nothing, contact seller. Apologies and two days later go ferm turns up ( worth half the price). Now being told refund and they’ve put the price up. Absolute waste of time. BEWARE

  Nice serum, arrived very quick alot sooner than seller suggested (5 days sooner ) Alas this is not the original Glow recipe dew drops, I thought it was & that's why it's so cheap! Well packed , came in good condition & quality is ok .

  Item never received. I actually wanted it and asked for another to be sent (if it ever had been) but seller just refunded. Similar experience with trying to buy off another supplier, except this one just refunded a couple of days after order without me even saying anything. Both of these were priced under £7 - I wonder if it is possible to actually buy one of the ones priced over £10???
