    Brookstone foot warmer arrived new in box as shown in photos. Tested and works as expected. Reasonable pricing. Packaging was minimal but it arrived quickly and undamaged. I was humored by seller's bottom line policies referenced in their listing ;) and would buy their store again.

    The seller was very responsive in both acknowledging my bid and shipment. I thought the item was priced fairly. The package was packaged very well and shipped quickly. The item I purchased was exactly as it was listed on ebay, and I'm very happy with it.

    The shelf brackets were very well packed and cushioned. Though the items were labeled "Used" they were clean and obviously gently treated. The shipment date was accurate, and I appreciated the free shipping. In previous feedback, I praised this seller for processing a refund for 1 of the shelf brackets which he promptly did even though I withdrew that request later (what do you do with 1 shelf bracket?). This level of customer service is entirely unexpected, and I have saved this seller.

    I initially ordered two of these, and somehow that got lost, and only one showed up. I contacted seller, and he immediately gave me a refund after he could not locate the second item. I needed two to match two ceiling fans of the same make and finish, so I requested a return of the first item and he obliged. After two weeks, I was about to finally return the first item, and seller located the second one, and gave me a discount on its price to make up for the mistake. I appreciated that.

    Good communication, but after payment seller advised his shipping cost was too high so he cut down the package size and was “keeping fingers crossed”. Fedex halted shipment en route when the item got damaged. While the seller did issue an immediate, full refund, shipping knowing your packing is probably not good enough doesn’t seem like much concern for a customer. As a seller you’re covered either way, payment/product gone or insurance claim/product gone.

    Actually my concern was for the you as I wanted YOU to get what you ordered. The choice was A) spend $175 to ship a $100 sale(NO), cancel, or take a chance that I will lose $$ and ship a cut down package. I AM not covered by insurance at all. I LOST EVERYTHING ON THIS ONE. I knew I was taking that chance. I did it for you. Not me. I could have just cancelled.
