    Seller advertised a carrying case with cane but it wasn’t sent. I had contacted seller and he advised he did not have a case and would credit $10.00 to my account. I wrote back wanting a case. I never heard back and have contacted seller several times with no answer and my credit doesn’t show any credit refund on several statements

    This is FALSE. Check your inbox. we gave you two options on how to proceed. And your lack of response made us to believe you were fine with the cane. You either have the option to keep the cane as is with money off or return the product with a label we pay for.
