  Do not buy this item. The seller completely misrepresents what it is. You might be looking for a secondary Arthrex Scorpion and, judging from the title and image, think you’ve found it. You have not. This is a (terrible) knock off that can’t even function by itself let alone pass suture in any material. I tried to return it and the seller said ‘they never said it was an arthrex scorpion’. TLDR - it doesn’t function. It’s terrible machining quality. It’s a scam.
