  This company gets a high mark for their response time. I initially thought I had an issue with my neon light. The first response I got was an apology and then saying another unit would be on the way. Shortly after, I received another message letting me know that what I thought was missing was just a protective sticker in its place. I removed the sticker and sure enough, they were 100% correct. You learn a great deal about a company with how they handle a possible issue. They did excellent!

  There was a slight irregularly with the item, but the seller was very responsive with great communication. There was a replacement sent out quickly and I very much appreciated it. Thank you! Will buy from this seller again!

  The item arrived no where near the measurements advertised. It is incredibly small. Not anywhere close to 43" wide.
