  I ordered a part at a very good price and before they shipped it, they noticed it was cracked and asked me if I still wanted the product. I did not want the product broken, but at least they noticed and then let me know. They refunded my money. No questions asked I would buy from them again.

  Differential in good shape, packaged well, mounted it today and everything’s fine. Thanks to the seller. eBay international shipping is definitely the weak point… will never use that again. They’re supposed to handle everything but they don’t do anything when the item is blocked at customs because of missing invoice… I could sort it out but took me 10 calls directly to the customs. EIS prefers to get the item sent back. Unbelievable.
