    I ordered the same item (240 bags of green tea, total) from this seller previously, and my household has enjoyed many, many gallons of delicious iced tea made from it. As I neared the end of my last box, I was delighted to see that the seller is still on eBay with the same fine product. Shipping went smoothly, with all the boxes arriving in mint condition.     took longer than expected for it to have been shipped, then longer to show up. it was a little frustrating being told it was supposed to show up on the 8th and it was shipped until then, but all's well that ends well and it was finally received on the 16th of july after being ordered on the 28th of june. still going for 5 stars. thank you very much! and thank you for such concise packaging. kept them very well without any problems.. thank you

    Awful experience! I do not recommend this seller. Four business days to even ship the item. Communication was the worst I have experienced. Package arrived with 8 pods that were somehow opened. Coffee grinds everywhere. Totally unsafe to consume, rendering entire package unusable. After multiple messages, seller made no effort whatsoever. Buyer beware!!!
