  Hello, The item was listed as brand new, unused, and in unopened packaging, but it arrived with the package already opened and clear signs of prior use. The Lampe Berger burner wick is used and does not stay lit. This condition does not match the description in the listing. I kindly request that you send me a brand new, unused replacement wick at no cost, as the original item was not as described. Thank you,
