    Unit arrived a little different to described but both parties convinced this was a postal issue and no fault of either and we found a comfortable compromise. The vender was generous and easy to discuss this with. Very happy to recommend as this was all dealt with very nicely.

    Arrived on time and was packaged very securely with bubble wrap and inflated bags. The condition of the dock was very good, just as described. I tested it straight away with my MacBook Air M4 and it was fully compatible—everything worked perfectly. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend!

    The courier seemed to have lost it at some point and it took some time arrive, but the communication with the seller was good and I wasn’t worried that if any problem occurred it would be solved. But, when I did get the item, it was the wrong item and not as described, it was a 568 and not the 778. The seller offered an immediate discount, which would have been good if the 568 would have fulfilled my needs but it didn’t and the seller immediately arranged the return. Safe seller.
