A couple of the sets that I purchased had cracks in the cases. I emailed them to let them know and to say while I wasn't looking for anything from them, I'm not very pleased with my purchase. They took it upon themselves to send me replacement sets and paid postage to send the sets with cracked cases back to them. I would happily buy from them again.
