  The board was repaired and the treadmill is back running. Return shipping took 13 days and box was in poor condition but I blame that on USPS, the worst shipping service.

  Great communication and speedy shipping. Note that this is a repair and exchange service. It only took 1 week for the entire round trip transaction. You pay for shipping both ways. Part worked perfectly and I'm back on my treadmill. Thank you!

  It has taken me a couple days to get to the installation of the motor. Thus far I am very pleased that my treadmill is working again. Great seller, responds very quickly, well packaged with installation and calibration instructions.
