  The seller chose not to wrap the 2 pieces of rigid plastic in bubble wrap and simply placed them loose inside an oversized and flimsy envelope. With no bubble wrap around the loose items and their travelling 1,500+ miles over 4 days via the USPS, one of the 2 two pieces arrived broken. Surprise. This is assuming that the condition of the 2 items (unbroken) in the listing's photograph was truthful. Based on this transaction, I would not purchase from this seller again.

  Sent me the wrong hose and gave me attitude when I asked for a return. I can forgive a simple mistake but you making a mistake and being condescending when I just wanted a return and sent many photos showing why is not cool man. I needed hose #6161870182 (top cooler hose for w123) wich was the advertised hose, he sent me 6161870082 wich won’t fit at all, you can see in photos it matches my other bottom one that I already have and don’t need. Not really a good experience. Also bad packaging.

  buyer closed the return and bought another hose to complete the set.. the bubble pack is from walmart go figure
