  I received the wrong item initially. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. They acknowledged the mistake and sent out the correct item right away. The error shouldn’t have happened, but I appreciate that they took responsibility and resolved it fast. Happy with the final product.

  I would like to start with how supportive the seller was with the delivery issues although it was a late and delayed delivery it has come in the end and it’s a great item for my keys as i’m a big bmw lover and will soon be ordering from this seller again. Whatever you need to buy you can get from this seller there may be delivery issues with the courier but it’s not the sellers fault i appreciate all support and advice from the seller and will be buying from this seller again hopefully very soon
