  Arrived within a couple days, item was just as described, I ordered the wrong one and it would not fit my tripod, I ordered the wrong size , when I contacted them they sent me a return tag and was able to return, , they were very helpful, would definitely do business with them again

  Perfect seller. The pictures matched the product exactly. Fast shipping. Product was listed as used, but it came in original packaging, with instructions, and looked brand new...can't ask for more.
