  I do not blame the seller but item was not as described. I ordered size 10-13 for my son who wears size 9. Three of the socks in the package were too small to fit his foot. My son says the rest fit great, they're comfortable and have decent cushioning. I messaged the seller to inform them of the issue and they said they would check the product. Shipping from 'California' to Kentucky took over a month. Placed order Feb 8th, package was delivered Mar 12.

  Seller cancelled my order and gave refund, stating problem with buyers shipping address. Never received a email, nor message through the eBay app. to resolve whatever issues were with my address. I find it odd this sell claims a problem with my address, but other sellers I've ordered from eBay using the eBay app with my address pre-saved and never experienced a issue. I have been waiting for shipment , instead order canceled.

  Between the wildfires in California and ice storms in the Midwest it took 15 days for my items to arrive. Seller was responsive and supportive and that made all the difference. The items arrived in perfect condition and top quality. Great seller who I will do business with again
